Join an innovative company as an independent contractor focusing on biological agriculture that involves soils, livestock nutrition and specialized crops. Must have a PASSION for biological and organic farming and an understanding of sustainable agriculture by restoring soils. Previous farm experience required. Known by others as having excellent people skills a must. Proven track record in sales desirable. A natural tendency as an entrepreneur with an intense interest in working as an independent contractor necessary. Must feel comfortable working independently, have exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage and grow a business. With the help of company owners, must develop a business plan and either secure a business loan from a reputable bank or personally have funds to invest in equipment and inventory. Develop your own sales territory and customers within portions of Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Two years or more of education beyond high school necessary. Enter a well-designed training program to learn and focus on an in-depth understanding of soils, fertilizers, minerals, and forage seeds.
