Self-motivated Dairy Herdsman with problem solving skills needed for a 300 cow dairy herd milked 3 times per day by Hispanic employees. Herdsman required to milk cows once per day 5 times per week. Work with new double Boumatic parlor with all the bells and whistles. Responsible for general herd health and training and supervising employees. Qualifications include at least 5 years of experience as a Herdsman with IV, estrus synchronization, hoof trimming, heat detection and computer skills. Approximately 40 hours per week. Quality incentives and livestock ownership a possibility after 1 year. No housing. |
